It accommodates 12 people very well , with good size living space, and kitchen/dining areas, the sleeping areas were very comfortable with large beds,Excellent quality towels and bedding, heating system was excellent and easy to set, and with good outside space with lovely hot tub, and plenty of parking space
A couple of niggly points, a shower fan would not switch off, a couple of taps were loose, along with some cupboard door handles loose, just on going maintenance,
